I’m pretty sure the last thing any mother wants to do after having a baby is pack up and leave the house for newborn photos that may or may not look like you envisioned them. And that is why I offer at home newborn photos! You have everything you need right at home! New outfits, extra diapers, all the cozy blankets, and the comfort that your home brings to you.
I’m not a traditional newborn photographer. I don’t plan set ups, or have wraps and props. I always say that the best way to do newborn photos are with the things you already have in your home. And that’s exactly what we did. Now, if you want to buy a few cute wraps to have for yourself, I am totally okay with that!

Carina & Ryan welcomed their little girl into the world in September! What a little joy and beauty she is!
Baby Rhylee was awake almost the entire time I was photographing her! At 10 days old, that isn’t usually how it goes, but her peaceful expressions were just adorable. She looks so much older than 10 days here because she was so wide awake and alert! Carina got the purple mesh wrap for little Rhylee which was absolutely adorable.
I brought my own lighting, but Carina & Ryan have huge windows with a lot of light all around their house which we used as well. So if you don’t have much natural light in your house, and you’d like newborn photos at home, no worries! I can provide the extra light you’ll need.
I can’t wait to see how these three grow as a family as Rhylee accomplishes all of her “firsts.”
