Last summer, I had such a wonderful time capturing my husband’s-cousin’s-family! (Isn’t that a mouthful?) Their littest addition to the family, Haley, had just arrived. It was so fun to photograph their kids all together. That special bond that siblings have was very evident! They love each other so much! All the photos were taken at their home in Greensburg, PA.
When someone asks me to do newborn photos, I will always gladly say yes! But I am not a props and posed style of photographer. It’s not the kind of photography that I am invested in. So I always offer a lifestyle session. It’s laid back in your home, which is usually the easiest place to keep a newborn happy as well! Children also tend to feel the most comfortable in their home. They don’t mind an outside person coming in to take some photos. In fact, they usually want to show off all their toys and favorite parts of their rooms! I can also incorporate those things into the photos, capturing some great memories to last forever. 🙂

It’s always fun when a cousin shows up to play!
There’s nothing like a cousin sandwich. I think little Phoenix wasn’t too sure what to do about it though.
Of course, we had to get some cousin photos since Phoenix traveled all the way from Minnesota!
We even got to go outside in the back yard for a few photos! Little Haley slept the whole time we were out.
